Payments

Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery is our default for trust and convenience. Other payment options are available on request. Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Default — Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across Pakistan. Pay the courier on delivery, no advance required.
  • Have the exact amount ready in cash; couriers may not carry change for large notes.
  • You may inspect the parcel exterior before paying. Couriers do not allow opening the parcel before payment per their policy.

Advance payment (optional)

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa transfer to 03350152355.
  • Bank transfer details available on WhatsApp request.
  • We may request a small advance (typically Rs.500–1,000) for high-value or bulk orders, repeat-cancellation accounts, or remote delivery addresses. We always tell you why on WhatsApp.

Order confirmation

Every order — COD or advance — is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. We verify: design availability, fabric details, delivery city, contact number, and your preferred dispatch time.

Failed payment

  • If a JazzCash / EasyPaisa transfer fails, send us the failure screenshot. We re-initiate from our side once confirmed.
  • If COD is refused at delivery, the courier returns the parcel. You'll be ineligible for COD on future orders until a small advance is paid.

Refunds

  • For eligible exchanges (wrong / damaged items), we refund within 3–5 business days after photo confirmation.
  • COD refunds: by bank transfer or JazzCash / EasyPaisa to a number you provide.
  • Advance-payment refunds: returned via the same method.

Fraud prevention

We may decline an order if the address can't be verified, the contact number is unreachable, or there's a history of refused COD parcels. We tell you on WhatsApp — no silent cancellations.

Pricing

  • All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Free delivery promotions are announced on the site banner when active.
