By using Noorvia (noorvia.pk) or ordering through our WhatsApp number, you agree to the terms below. These terms are governed by Pakistani law.

Who we are

Noorvia is an online retailer of women's lawn and designer wear, operating from Pakistan and shipping nationwide across Pakistan. Contact: WhatsApp 03350152355.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Orders are accepted at our discretion; we may decline orders without explanation.

Products and pricing

All products are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product photography is supplied by the original designer catalogue. Minor screen-to-fabric colour variation is possible.
We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and product availability without notice.
Listed availability is real-time but not guaranteed; we confirm final stock on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders

An order is only confirmed once we send a WhatsApp confirmation.
COD orders may be cancelled by us if the address or phone cannot be verified.
You may cancel before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp. After dispatch, the Return & Exchange Policy applies.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is the default option. Advance payments are accepted via JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank transfer. See the Payment Policy for full details.

Delivery

2–3 business days nationwide across Pakistan after dispatch confirmation. Full terms in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges

One rule: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. Exchange processed within 3 days for wrong or damaged items only. Full rules in the Return & Exchange Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on noorvia.pk — product photography, branding, copy, design — is owned by Noorvia or by the original designer catalogue we source from.
You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Noorvia is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, security operations, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Disputes

Any dispute is to be resolved first through good-faith WhatsApp communication. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of Noorvia means you accept the latest terms.
