Noorvia respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Order information — name, delivery address, phone number, email (optional). Used to fulfil and deliver your order.
Communication — WhatsApp messages, support emails. Used to confirm orders and provide customer service.
Browsing data — pages visited, items viewed, basic device info. Used to improve the store and detect fraud.
Payment — for COD orders we collect cash on delivery only. For advance payments via JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank transfer, the payment platform handles transaction data — we receive only confirmation.

How we use your information

To process and ship your order.
To confirm details and update you about your order via WhatsApp.
To handle exchange or refund requests.
To improve our products, store experience, and support.
To comply with Pakistani law and prevent fraud.

Who we share with

Courier partners — Daewoo Fastex, Leopards, M&P, TCS receive the name, address, phone number, and parcel weight needed to deliver your order.
Shopify (our store platform) — hosts the store, processes orders, stores order data. Shopify's own privacy practices apply to that data.
Payment providers — only if you choose advance payment (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank).
We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for cart and checkout, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how the store is used. You can disable these in your browser settings; the store still works without them.

Your rights

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your data.
Opt out of marketing messages anytime by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.

Data retention

We keep order and communication records for up to 7 years to satisfy Pakistani business and tax requirements. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
