Shipping Policy
Noorvia ships nationwide across Pakistan in 2–3 business days. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere. Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery time
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot) — 2 business days after dispatch.
- Mid-size cities (Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Quetta, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Larkana, Mardan, Sukkur, Sheikhupura, Rahim Yar Khan, Jhang, Sahiwal, Wah Cantt) — 2–3 business days.
- Smaller / remote cities — 3–4 business days, occasionally up to 5 in flood / weather / political disruption periods. We tell you the realistic timeline on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Order cut-off — orders confirmed before 5 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the next business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across all Pakistani cities serviced by our courier partners.
- Pay the courier when you receive the parcel. No advance payment needed.
- For high-value or bulk orders we may request a small advance via JazzCash / EasyPaisa or bank transfer. We discuss this on WhatsApp before dispatch — never as a surprise.
Courier partners
- Daewoo Fastex, Leopards, M&P, TCS — we route each order to the courier with the best coverage for your delivery city.
- If your address is in a small town not directly serviced by a courier hub, we route via the nearest hub and the courier completes the last-mile by their network.
Dispatch confirmation
- Once your order is packed and handed to the courier, we send you a WhatsApp message with the courier name and tracking number.
- If you don't receive a dispatch update within 24 hours of placing the order, message us — sometimes a stock check or quality verification adds a day.
Delays
- Courier strikes, public holidays, severe weather, security operations and political disruptions can add 1–3 days. We do not control couriers, only the dispatch decision.
- If your parcel hasn't arrived 24 hours past the expected window, WhatsApp us with your order number — we chase the courier on your behalf.
International shipping
We don't ship internationally at this time. Noorvia delivers within Pakistan only.
Wrong address / failed delivery
If a courier can't reach you (address incomplete, phone off, recipient unavailable for 3 attempts), the parcel is returned to our warehouse. We re-dispatch after WhatsApp confirmation; re-dispatch courier charges may apply.
