Return & Exchange Policy
One simple rule: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. Exchange processed within 3 business days for wrong or damaged items only.

When you can exchange
- Wrong item delivered — different design code or different colour than what you ordered.
- Damaged in transit — visible tears, stains, embroidery damage, missing pieces.
- Wrong size on stitched suits — only if Noorvia sent a different size than what you ordered (not because of change of preference).
When exchange is not eligible
- Change of mind.
- Colour appears slightly different on your screen vs. real fabric.
- Stitching errors made by your tailor after we delivered unstitched fabric.
- Items washed, worn, or altered.
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
How the exchange works
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. WhatsApp 03350152355.
- Send unboxing photos showing the issue clearly — packaging, courier label, and the defect / wrong item.
- We confirm eligibility within 24 hours of receiving photos.
- Return the parcel via the courier we arrange. Original packaging required.
- We dispatch the replacement (or refund) within 3 business days of receiving the returned parcel.
Photos required
- Full exterior of the parcel including courier label.
- Sealed packaging before opening.
- Wide shot of the unboxed product.
- Close-up of the defect / wrong item.
Refunds (if exchange isn't possible)
- Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned parcel.
- COD orders: refunded by JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank transfer to a number you provide.
Shipping cost on exchanges
- If the issue is on Noorvia's side (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return courier cost.
- If the exchange is at customer's request (and we agree as a goodwill gesture), the customer covers the return courier cost.
